Class encourages growth and tension release geared towards climbers of any experience level. 


Expect hands-on adjustments, essential oils, and alignment + breath-based cues will be used during class for a better understanding of positioning, breathing techniques and safety to increase proficiency and endurance on the wall. 

Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, an open mind, and a sense of humor.

$5 for members or $10 nonmembers
