Prana

“Everything in Life is Vibration” – Albert Einstein

All life, colors, sounds, even thoughts have a level of vibration, the higher the level the more energy that is created. Increase Prana by increasing your vibrations.

Yoga, the connection of breath to movement can be used to access your energy channels. Nadis are the three channels for energy inside the body, dividing the body into left, right and center. Chakras, the energy centers that run along the center of the body connect all three Nadis along the spine.

A yoga sequence of stimulating twists and back bends can open up your heart and spine, two high frequency centers, helping to release stagnation, increase vibration, deliver energy and a sense of well being.

The Law of Attraction, which is based on The Law of Vibration, is shifting to a more positive way of thinking and living to help manifest our dreams by attracting more positive events and experiences. What this means is that whether we realize it or not, we are responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into our lives. A key part of the Law of Attraction is understanding that where you place your focus can have an intense impact on what happens to you teaching you valuable lessons that will bring you closer to your most treasured ambitions.

Pranayama is the practice of breath control, the word Prana refers not only to breath, but air and life itself.
