Be intentional about not taking too much on..... doing too many things, moving too fast, over committing, over planning. Speeding along like a train, following the tracks that have been laid down before us, going so fast that the landscape is a blur. We've been there but we don't experience it; neglecting the beauty; failing to appreciate the moment
Find a way to slow down, to experience, to see, to touch, to feel, to be really present.
Otherwise we will let everything pass us by without really experiencing or living through it.
Life is a journey, not a race. slow down. enjoy the view. take a breath. stop talking. stop thinking. find a pace that is realistic and allow life to happen.
