Last Sunday the Summer Solstice blessed us with the longest amount of sunlight. Celebrate the season of growth by accepting change and letting go of what does not feed your soul.
Growth requires letting go of comfort. We must give ourselves time to process the discomfort and vulnerability in order to move forward. Following our dreams is a journey that we should not rush. We can easily get caught up in the fast paced world but resist the urge to move to the next phase too quickly.
Lift your face to the sun, immerse yourself in the moment and listen to who you are becoming.

Yoga will be on Wednesdays
5-6pm Energy Flow - a moderate to advanced yoga flow
6-7pm Slow Flow + Yin - a beginner friendly cool down to the Energy Flow
$14/individual classes. Stay for both Classes for $20 (same night only)
$120/10 individual sessions.

I am no longer teaching the Thursday night Prana Flow Class in Morganton NC @BreatheYogaandPilates but we plan to stay connected + collaborate. Who knows you might see me on the schedule sometime....? ;)
