Laid back environment to flow, relax, and be yourself.

All are welcome. Any yoga experience level, Any age (must be 21 for adult beverage), Any body. 

​

Expect hands-on adjustments, essential oils, and alignment + breath-based cues will be used during class for a better understanding of positioning, safety and enjoyment. 

​

​

Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, an open mind, a sense of humor, and a journal to each class. If you plan on staying after to enjoy your free beverage or more, feel free to bring a covered dish snack to share.

​

​

$12 includes the class and a beer, wine, or cider.

Kombucha and other non-alcoholic options also available.
